Free, and not in the trial sense
No card, no seat count, no trial that ends. If that changes, the people already using it will hear it from us first.

Yes, but what is the catch?
Why is it free?
Because it is early, and because a team deciding whether a daily ritual sticks should not also be deciding whether it is worth a budget line. We would rather find out that it works first.
Will it stay free?
This tier is meant to. If we ever charge for something, it will be for capability a larger organisation needs — not for turning back on what your team already uses. We will say so here, and in the changelog, before it happens rather than after.
Is there a catch on team size?
No. A room holds a dozen players at a time, which is a gameplay limit rather than a billing one, and a team can have as many people in it as you like.
