Hearso is quick team trivia for standups and friendly gatherings. Join from a phone, answer ten timed questions, and celebrate the room together.
Play or host a round
A round has ten questions. Each question gives you ten seconds to choose an answer, and faster correct answers can earn more points.
Keep the invite within your group. The host can start the round once everyone has joined.
Accounts and guest play
You can join as a guest without creating an account. Hearso gives guests an office-safe nickname for the round.
An account gives you a consistent display name and preferences across supported sessions. Your display name—not your full name—is the name intended for leaderboards and game rooms. You can manage your profile from Settings.
Privacy and safety
- Choose a display name that you are comfortable sharing with other players.
- Room participants can see names, answers, timing, and scores needed to play the round.
- Hearso uses reasonable safeguards and limits public information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
- Report suspicious activity or an account concern through the Contact Us form.
Usage counts
Hearso keeps simple totals so we know how many rounds are played, how many people play, and how many are playing at the same time. These totals help us plan capacity and improvements. They are not used for advertising and are not sent to any third-party service. They are kept whether or not you allow analytics in the consent banner.
- When a room is created, started, or finished, Hearso records the time, the topic, and how many players were in the room. No names, emails, room codes, or individual answers are included. These totals are kept indefinitely.
- To count active players without counting anyone twice, Hearso notes the day a player created, joined, or answered in a room, together with that player's game ID (not a name, email, or room code). Those notes are deleted within 35 days; only daily and monthly totals remain.
- Once a minute, Hearso counts how many players and rooms are live. Only the numbers are saved.
- Play on test or preview versions of Hearso is left out of these counts.
Accessibility
Hearso supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, reduced-motion preferences, and responsive layouts. Gameplay is designed for phones while remaining usable on larger screens.
If something makes it difficult to play, tell us what happened, which page you were on, and what device or assistive technology you used. Please do not include passwords, confirmation links, or other sensitive account information.
Community expectations
Keep rooms welcoming and workplace-friendly. Do not impersonate others, harass players, automate play, disrupt a room, or share someone else’s personal information. Hosts should share invites thoughtfully and end a session that becomes disruptive.

For gameplay, account, privacy, or accessibility help, use the Contact Us form. Include a short description and the approximate time of the problem. Never send your password or an email confirmation link.
